Vortex Wars

ok here is my problem i have registered for vortex wars on 3 different sites (armorgames, kong, and vortexwars.com) and on every site i am able to play as a guest but when i go to login using the account i created it only shows the "connecting" animation and stays that way. yes i have restarted my pc, restarted my browser, turned off all av/firewall, cleared cache/data/cookies, ive even updated my flash/browsers and tried to play the game on iexplorer, firefox, and google chrome and i still cant play under any account. these are my specs im running windows 7 on a wifi connection (yes my connection is good im sitting right next to it) i havent tried a different pc or connection because i dont have another one and also i have tried to login for about 2 days now and still it wont let me play on my account x.x


*Edit: also forgot to tell you guys yes i have searched the forum left and right for a solution which is why i tried everything lol

as of this edit my problem is fixed

ok my problem now is i switched computers and have done everything to this pc as i have done to the last one only difference is im running windows xp instead of windows 7 and when i login to the old laptop i can connect using my account on armorgames but now that im using this pc it just stays at the "connecting" screen please help me with this matter

can you connect as guest or somewhere else like vortexwars.com? (you will need new account for that)

yea i can login as guest just fine but when i try to login with the account it stays at the connecting screen and yes i have tried to login with guest then logout and try my account but still says just connecting when trying the account and also it wont let me connect with an account on any site that has vortex wars

that's weird, maybe your account is corrupted somehow, what is your username?

my username is Jezter well i can connect using my laptop just fine but when i try to login using my pc it wont login and sad thing is the laptop is so crappy i cant play any big maps without lagging the hell out of the laptop while my pc can handle it thats why i want to play on my pc and not the laptop anymore

ok, that is strange, what is different in pc and laptop? are you using wifi with one and not the other? different os, firewall? are they both at the same place? could you tell me what is different about them? maybe we will find out what the problem is

well im using the wifi connection on the laptop to surf the net on my pc through ics the pc has windows xp on it while the laptop has windows 7. i used to have a firewall but i uninstalled it just recently uh i dont have any av's running as of this moment and nothing that would block my connection....unless the game requires to have some kind of direct connection to my pc that is being blocked. whats funny tho is even on my pc when i go to login each day i get the message that pops up saying i get a certain amount of shards then once i click ok it just stays at connecting screen

omg i feel like such an idiot sorry lopdo i just seen inside my processes an admunching program my wife installed just recently but didnt tell me about.....i stoped the process and it let me login just fine sorry to waste your time and thank you very much for your time

no problem, glad it works now. Good to know that such program can cause problems
