Not letting me on.

It says that I can only run it in one instance WHEN I AM, and that that I HAVE used my account on a seperate computer.
First I have proof I wasn't running it twice on one computer. Second, yes I HAVE used it on a laptop before. (I was on the go.) But I don't own it. Plus that is no reason to let me in. As long as I am not on with this account on another computer AT THE SAME TIME.

As you can see, I am only playing it ONCE!


I have played on another computer, but I am not at this time, and never have in the same instance before. This is the first time this has come up, and it comes up every time.

there is known bug that can cause this. Try closing your browser and anything that might be using flash (I know that skype does it, so maybe some other software uses it as well) and it should be ok. If that doesn't help than you will have to restart your pc

The simplest solution is to login as a guest. Then logout, then login back in as you.
