White flag remains after being defeated

If you offer a draw and then someone take you out and you choose to remain and spectate the match, then the white flag near your icon doesn't go away.

I don't know if it happens all the time, but for me it happened on 3 player small map, in attrition mode, conquer, random troop placement.
