can't choose a player map

I can host games, but I can't access map other play have made. I brought a week prem membership too. Any help?

Could you explain in more detail or even a screenshot?
What is keeping you from choosing user made maps, instead of your maps?
Are the buttons non-clickable?
etc. etc. etc.

I can't access the players map. The gray Choose button dosen't do anything when I click it.
These problem has been going on for month. I haven't try log out & log back in. But I don't think that will do anything.
