Vortex Wars

so i was playing this game when there was this guy (cant remember username) saying he was hacking in the game. I didnt believe him and carried on, eventually i was about to kill him and he he kept threatening to hack into the game. suddenly the page just refreshes.

Im pretty sure this was a coincidence, but can people really hack into the game and do that? and why did the page refresh?

You probably just hit F5 on your keyboard. The game can be hacked in certain ways.... but it is not easy. To do that however, I don't think it could have been through the game files itself, but rather your computer or the webpage. All are not likely, with exception to you pressing F5.

If he made your browser refresh, he must've hacked your computer not the game which would be difficult to do I'm guessing you just pushed f5 by accident.

Im pretty sure a lot more people are going try to hack vortex wars now, since you pretty much told everyone to press the F5 key.

I was had the game restart and had double the troops by the end of my turn. But I can't say it was a hack.
