I can play as Guest but not with my account

Hi guys,
Today i cannot play with my account, when i enter a game, less than one minute and the account freez. no movement on the map and i have to surrender.
When i play as guest i can play normally with no troubles.

What is goin on guys?

I am still having this prob for the past week.
I can't play the game. The game start and few seconds later i can't do anything, no place troops no press end turn...nothing
all i can do is click surrender and lose exp.

I tried to play on chrome, firefox and explorer but the problem is from the game.

no one else is having this problem so it's probably on your end. I know I have had some glitched out shit happen but that sounds terrible. I recommend coming back after the next update hopefully for you it changes.

have you tried making different account (you will need different email) and see if the problem remains? I would like to know if it because of that specific account or because you are using registered user (none of which makes any sense, but it is good to know)

I am having a similar problem as it is letting me log in as guest fine but not on my account. Saying something along the lines of "unable to load accounttype" or something like that only came up once and i didn't write it down or anything, going to try to load a different account.

tried logging in on a friends account from the same computer and i log in just fine, and played just fine as well.

and now it lets me log into my original account.

yes i had the same message several time just like you.

some error in logging in but now it is not appearing anymore.
I tried with another account but same problem...so donno what to do cause everytime am loosing 30exp and i think 2 more times and i will get 1 lvl lower :S
