An unexpected error occured inside the Player.IO webservice.

When I opened vortexwars.com, it appeared like this:
"An unexpected error occured inside the Player.IO webservice. Please try again."
And I cant logged in to play. Later on, it said something mean I already logged in with this account and cant open one more.
Please be confirmed that on my web browser, I opened only one vortexwars.com, the website that got prob.
Anyone help any idea about this?
