Game froze, and not able to get back in.

Mine just "disconnected from server" and now it just keeps "loading" - every browser multiple times

Having problems as well, Here are the details.

Accessing my account from VortexWars.com.

I get the following ERROR message: (My account)

"You are unable to create room because there is already a room with the specified id"

And/Or

"Invalid joinkey: Unable to decrypt the join key -- most likely it was encrypted for another server. If you're on the development server, you've probably logged into the wrong account in the development server. Actual Error Message: Padding is invalid and cannot be removed.

As a guest I get the following:

"An unexpected error occured inside the Player.IO webservice. Please try again."

As a guest I can get to the lobby, however the chat never loads. The game rooms do load, but after about 30sec. to a min. of joining a game in play or creating one I get the following message:

"An unexpected error occured inside the Player.IO webservice. Please try again."

Yeah my account is logging in now but it's doing what your guest did

i think that the game thinks im still in like still loged in... and thats why we have the same sht... the few of us that got disconnected at an certain point are... "teoreticly" still in so the game is trying to avoid an 2nd user wt the same ID to get in

i got a lot of strange msg-s when i tried to go back this is the last of them wich i cant actually read because the error sign is over it )

"there is no server in any of the selected (cant read because the ERROR sign) clusters. [Player,IO Main Cluster] that are eligible to start a new room in (they are all full capacity or there are no servers in any of the clusters). Either change the selected cluster (witch i dont know what it means) from your game in the admin panel (dont know it either) try again later (like 1 hour all ready) or (cant see because the "OK" button)dont know what... server... your cluster"

Same thing is happening to me. Whenever I try to get in (I play on armorgames by the way) it says "No servers found please try again later". So im not exactly sure if this has anything to do with what happened last time when I couldn't get in or if its just a bug. But it does get really annoying when I have to wait 30min and then try again hoping that it will work.

Yeah, I'm having the same troubles too. It's not letting me log into the "Shop", "Profile", and "Play Online" in account, however as a guest I can get into there , but not able to access the lobby.

I think admin is currently working to fix the issue. (Which is why the error messages keep changing.) The new ones that I get are.

From Account:

Either change the selected clusters for your game in the admin panel, try again later or start some more servers for one of your clusters."

As Guest:

"No servers found. Please try again later"

I believe this means that either the servers crashed. Or they where shut down to try and fix the issue…

Will check back in a few.

It is happening to everyone. We will have to sit and wait.
