In-Game Glitch

I have experienced A ''fight'' glitch.
Let me explain...When i was in game.I was waiting for my turn.During the time... someone tried to send troops/reinforcements to an opponent.when they where sent the ''dice rolling thing'' kept spinning and didn't stop for awhile.While so the person glitched can place troops or attack/move them.

Do u think u can fix this?

I second this glitch. Happened to me once on the 1.6 update
