It still IS possible to use multiple accounts on ONE computer. I've just tested this, as I've used this a lot in other games as walkaround for bot-detection. If you're intrested I'll send you private message.

Beyond that, there are things that can be done, even with the best prevention methods, to get around this. It is not really a completely fixable problem.
