XP Reward bug ?

First off I would like to express my sincere admiration for the game, all the hard work that is put into it and the Vortex Wars community as a whole. I have been playing this game for a while now, getting in a game or two when ever I have some down time, and I have been blown away by the complexity of what at first seemed quite a simple game, and the emotional rollercoaster it can cause. I have been checking in on the forum from time to time to see whats going on with the developement of the game, but never really contributed anything to the discussions taking place here. That being said, this is the "Bug Reports" section but my admiration of Vortex Wars compiled me to not want my first topic on this forum to be a wholly negative one

I have tried searching for a post which could include a similar problem to the one I encountered in game but didnt find anything, I also scanned the bug reports back to September and didnt find anything there either so I think this is a "legitimate" report I reckoned since there have been two updates in the past month this "bug" would have been addressed had it been reported earlier, please excuse my tardiness if this is not the case. I also like to think that my understanding of the XP system is correct, that is "XP Reward" being the XP you gain for which place you end up in and "Performance Bonus" being the XP you receive for conquering enemy controlled regions (as per http://vortexwars.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=755&p=2922&hilit=1st+xp#p2922) By all means, if my understanding of this is in any way wrong, please correct me

So to my "problem" or "general wonderment" at hand. I was playing a 6 person game, full map, attrition, border and managed a win, there were as per usual a couple of "surrenders" but in the end I had to finish off two enemies to win. As the game stopped and the "Game Over" screen popped up to inform me of my gains in both XP and Vortex Shards, I noticed that I did not receive any XP Reward, only 20 XP for my Performance Bonus, making the Total XP: 20 (note

) Is this as it should be or is it a bug? If this is normal could you please inform me on how the XP Reward system works or post a link to a topic on the matter

XP and shards are limited. There is max amount of xp you can get, if the performance bonus is higher or same as that limit, you will not get any xp for conquering, if performance bonus is less than limit, you will get part of conquer xp to fill the limit (or all of them is total is below limit)

And could you explain us what is this limit based on? Cause in one game i won 1066 exp (with premium) and over 400 shards, which made me think there is no actual limit. (It was on Distric 9 map by techgump, 228 fields, 8 players, first place after last enemy surrendering)

Does this "exp limit" nivalate premium exp bonus? It would not be quite fair.

when did game happen? xp limit is in place only since yesterday, maybe you played it before?

It was around 27 hours ago if I remember right so probably. Exact cap values or formula would be nice as well, lol.
