shop ans superrewards bug

I have selected a warcoins reward throught superrewards and the site skillstar. I have paid 5euro by credit card to credit my account on skillstar and play 3 games as requested on the superrewards site and now 2hours later there is still nothing on my VW account. Is this a scam or did i do something wrong?

Some rewards can take up to 24 hours to register, I can't help you with that, you if you don't get your coins by then, you should contact superrewards

Superrewards can take very long to credits the coins, supposedly you can get 36coins for 1 consumer survey rewarded on completion, it just never got paid out :/
meh i don't mind though.
