Today i purchased the "Upgrade 1" but when i'm playing games (Upgrades Enabled) i don't see any benefits of it. Is it working ? or did i spend my crystals for nothing ?

Isn't it supposed to increase the number of army that we distribute at the end of each turn ?

It does two things. But first, you must understand the initial mechanics. By default (no added reinforcement improvements):

1. You may only reinforce with up to 20 men at turn's end, assuming you have 20 or more properties (or extra men from previous turn in queue as explained in point 2).
2. If you have filled all your properties with 8x, then remaining units are stored for next turn in the queue, which is limited to 20.

Adding reinforcement upgrades increases both of those numbers by 10. If you are expected to get 18 men with only 8 properties at end-turn, this wont happen. It does not give you 10 free men at end of every turn. It merely lifts the 20 caps to 30, then 40 for the second upgrade.

Point 2 doesn't work... i bought this upgrade last week... and i had never more than 20 reinforcement even with all 8ts. If I have more than 20 fields can i get with upgrade 1 more than 20 per turn? If not, then you should change the sentence in the shop^^

do you play games with upgrades disabled or enabled?

ah they have an affect on it... wonderfull more vaste of shard^^ okey now i got it.. i thought only defence and attack is upgrade, because "Upgrade 1" existed before.
