I had this problem to and I had 6 tabs open (2 empty thought). When I got that error all the tabs got that exclamation point not only VW... Then I reloaded the pages and everything went normal (maybe this only happens to windows XP and opera ? o.o)

Nah, it's happening from anything between Windows ME or XP and Windows 8 and on most browsers

Your Using Firefox? The New Flash Does Not Work Well With It And It Crashes And Brings Up This Picture With the icon on it..Try Using An Older Version Of Flash Or A Different Web Browser That Works With This Version Until They Update To A Newer Version That Works Well With It

Happens on Firefox, Chrome, Opera, pretty much any browser.
