Can't buy race in shop, I have enough shards

Hello all,

I have the same problem and more :

1) I gain enough shards to have 1219 shards
2) I try to buy angels' race, which cost 1200 shards (it's written), but a message inform me that I haven't enough shards
3) I tried 2 more times but without success...
4) I though I need a premium account to buy new races, so I bought premium account for a week. It needs 800 shards (as i see) but it takes me 1100 shards!!!
5) It left me now only 119 shards, race and background that i don't wanted :/

I hope you can find the bug. And eventually fix it for us ?

a mate had a problem with buying similar to that - try logging out, restarting the internet then logging in again.

I returned those 1100 shards and removed your premium, you can try to buy angels again, you don't need premium account for that

Ok thanks, but I don't see that result ^^'

1) When I look at shop, I have 675 shards (cause I played since my last post), and I have premium account active.
2) I signed out, then logged in, to 'refresh', but no changes.
3) I signed out, then delete all cookies, cache, etc... from my browser, then logged in, but no changes.

Perhaps cause I was playing when you do the update ? Or update on bad name ?

Say me if I can help you for tests or other.

edit : I tried another thing, I close my browser, then use ccleaner to clean more things (cookies, cache, historique, preferences...) but no changes. Always in premium account mode and 675 shards.
