Try clearing your cache and have your friend do the same if that still doesn't work. If that doesn't work, you can always try a different browser or another computer (if you have one). Otherwise, somehow someone has gotten ahold of your password.

it wont let you on because somewhere in the world your account is already logged on. maybe you chose the "remember me" option so that it is left on the computer and your friend decided he would like to play.

i didnt activate the remember me option. and how in the world can another person be logged on to my account? only i know the password...

Call your friend, ask him if your still logged in on his CPU.

Alright, so what you need to do is get on your computer, go to the site you play on, and then make sure you are logged out. Then just close everything down so that you don't have any programs running. After that, shut down your computer.

The second thing you can do is wait. If you wait, it should log your account off after about 24 hours. And if that doesn't work, the last thing you an do is ask your friend to go on and make sure you're logged out on his computer. But it should be solved pretty soon.
