I've just win a game and my rating increase around +3000
If we can lose max 100 (that's actually) ... where we gonna go in 2 weeks 100 000 rating without a bug

Now i've a rating around 9000 ...
How that happenned ?

After the rating increase around 5000, i've played 2 games and was confronted 2 times at a "godmode" like described here http://vortexwars.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=3225
The surrender button don't work and i was obliged to close the window ... and i didn't lose 100 on my rating ...

And suddenly, i see something what i idenfied like the problem : the rating on my profile was 5440 and in the lobby 5430 ...

So, i decided to log off/log on and surprise : i've got a 8900 rating, but now i lose logically (no godmode, lose 100)
But ... i've now disappeared on the leaderboard (even the line YOU) ... so weird ... (i was when 5440)

bug solved automatically, i've just log ogg/log on again ...
And now i'm 1500 rating like when u create an account ...

PS: before i though rating means nothing, but with that episode, i'm totally convinced ....

I think rating need to be more balanced ...

I think rating should be badly debugged in the first place (note: debugged, not patched).

I'm not blaming you Lopdo, software is big part of my life and I produce bugs myself much more than you . But there's a big flaw in here, and patching exceptions obviously does not help here (considering the latest results)... I also know these equations are complex (Glicko, right ?)

Maybe you can share this part of the code (publicly or in private to volonteers) to see if others can get lucky and point to the bug (just suggesting)...?

This in not the problem I was patching. I know about this problem, but I have to gather more data before I can fix it, it is really weird one. I think I have enough data now, but I don't have enough time. Tho I might be able to look at it in near future
