I can agree that the xp level should have been raised but now I'm just not as motivated to play. The game is fun and all but I always looked forward to my next rank when I played. Now I'm just like 'Meh'...

Maybe we just need a graphic designer here :)

(Hint: Some time ago Lopdo was short of ideas for new, higher LVL graphics. With people like Highlander reaching the top, he now must chose between designing new ones, or increase XP steps - guess what is the easiest ;) )

More seriously, I agree that the XP granted for each game _slightly_ increased with version 2, but more by a factor of 1.5 or so (I can barely get more than 400 XP with premium when winning a huge map with more than 6 players). So I think too that steps are now so huge that levelling up is not even something I can think about (36000+ XP is like 1 year of playing for me - really).

As the new Rating system is something I really think is not at all suited for multiplayer games (this is another story) as it has many pervert side-effects, my only motivation for playing is just the pleasure of each game in itself, no more goal to achieve. BUT - is it really that bad :) ?

Am I the only one around here that likes the new XP? I'd also prefer if the other players were pushed back down to the level that they SHOULD be. Now I have a bunch of people who have played 100 games and are higher level than me. I would like something to tell them I am actually a longer player than them and that I'm not a "noob". :ugeek:

That is something I would love to do. I am actually able since I store total xp earned and you can easily calculate new level with that. But imagine the uproar if I actually did it :/

Thanks. I found it a while ago and use it on pretty much every forum I enter. The only reason I didn't use it here is because when I tried it basically told me where I could go :|

The main uproar would be among the noobs who got the xp like that, so I don't care XD

Noob today, pro tomorrow. We don't want to annihilate the new membership we have attracted, do we?
Why am I still skulking around here? That's a very good question.
