yeah same thing for me I made a new one on VW and everyone thinks imma noob >__< It would be nice to get my race and upgrades back from my AG account.... I was like lvl 17 or 18 and had the first storage upgrade and whatnot :/

I was a level 27. Further, it seems im facing problems logging in on VW now.

Same for me I was lvl 22 both storage upgrades and had arachnids and insectoids. I really hope my other account wasnt deleted. Then I have to start all over.

im registered through the actual game site. have no issues logging in, but cannot join a game. this is annoying
