A single game full of errors

Just got out of one incredibly bugged game. Was the 'Luck' map, HC, fullmap start.

All started to go normally in the first round until it got to the pink player. Somehow after passing he jumped to 4 units (3 being the max possible at that point.) The following round no player was able to place units at all (but allowed to attack.) The next round: instead of attacking you placed units right away, and could not attack.

The game continued to completion in this fashion. Attack one turn and end (leaving units open to be killed without reinforcement.) Then next full turn place new units. Was extremely strange.
