Somehow the game cant Start

i tried starting the game, it didn't work.. i refreshed the page, it still didn't work... i need this fixed or maybe its just my internet connection.. maybe...

To start game you have to have at least 2 players and all of them have to ready (click ready icon on right side)

He's talking about when Vortex Wars is "loading" it never starts up, it just says loading. I have had this same problem for about a week now, and no one has responded to my post. The WHOLE game doesn't start up, it just says loading on the main page and that is it.
