Disconnecting

I've noticed that when someone disconnects without surrendering and on their turn it mucks up the turn of the person after them, by making it so that they can't do anything.

Their name is highlighted, but there is no 'end turn' button and you can't attack. I lost about 50 rating because this happened and I came last.

i've never seen this before.....until it happened to me. you cannot attack anyone nor place units when its your turn which sucks. i died 2 turns later
