bug in maps

i was playing a map when it got to 2 left there was only one way to get to the other player. then i saw the other player hit my 8 with his 8. he could not get throw. i stopped fighting him and it took about 67 of his 8 to get my sector. then i hit him and with an 8 v his 8 and killed him easy.

I dont get it Whats the bug here? If he couldnt move it was cu of lag.
