Please help.

I lost over 100 rating and 90 xp because i tried to join a game with this guy and then another guy(admittedly three times, because I'm stupid and didnt notice) either way, there were all 8 people and then it said the '3... 2... 1..' thing. At which point a bunch of nothing happened. I thought it was just a little bug and left, then tried to rejoin the game the host had recreated. Same thing happened. So then one of the other guys from that game creates the same map and it still does the same thing so we all give up on that. Anyway, thats when I realize that I'd essentially lost rating and xp as if I had started the game and the quit immediately. Three times... All told I went from rating 1754 to 1631. In other words I was a bit angry. So after I didn't try to join the next game, the other people were able to start it without me. Nothing else had changed. But it wasn't as if all the games I was in didn't start, just some of them... After that, in another game, this time two person, I realized that none of my race bonuses worked... And it wasn't just the unnoticeable things like a defense or attack bonus, it was the attack bonus being used when i won first time with undead, and the lack of 10% spawn bonus. Before you ask I am quite certain that it was a race advantage game, in fact, all of them were and my races did nothing special on any game since this morning. All of the extra reinforcement hold I've bought with the shards I've earned is gone now; I only get 20 per game. It has been like this in all except one 3 person game since I realized the problem. It says I have them in the shop, I just can't use them in the game. Also, on the main menu, my rating, xp, level, etc has been in agreement with all my wins and losses, but in game my rating and games played and stuff has been in flux. Not to often but sometimes I glance up in my screen and see the wrong numbers there for just a second... I guess I was kind of hoping the problem would resolve itself, but now I am wary of losing my profile. If you have anything at all to add to this, whether you have had this experience or if you know about this at all, please help. Thank you in advance, your friend, Autumnwolf17.

ill see that lopdo gets informed about this when hes back, im pretty sure its because of maps getting erased.
