Had anyone encountered double countdown?

I had it once with triple countdown. The last player entered the lobby, and the countdown lagged a bit, so the 3 and 2 appeared at the same time, which means 6 rows of text at once. After the 1 appeared the last player left the lobby, but the game starts without any lag.

I once entered a game when the countdown for the game to start stopped completely. Everyboyd else left but when I stayed since I wanted to go watch television ( ) When I came back a message said you have been kicked for being idle. So im guessing the game started without me.
