By a majority of 4-1 (PR was unable to vote), Issue #10 has passed!

Council members may now vote on any issue still in the act of voting, even those issues raised before their clan's acceptance into the council.

If everyone is against having mods, we won't ever agree to give one voting privileges in the first place, and no matter which way WP votes if they ever vote, the issue will fail.

With this said, I would like to change WC's vote on Issue 8 to NO, to resolve the issue. There is no use taking up space on the front, and the rule can always be changed back.

Even that would not resolve the issue there are 8 clans that can vote on it now.
