As Founder and Acting Diplomat I second this notion. (Voting Yes for WC... again... not counting of course)

*Edit (Okay, Merely expressing support and interest in the OOS becoming an official Clan)

Drone, welcome back, however, you are not WC's representative nor our alternate, and there is no need for a seconding, it doesn't do anything.

However, you are welcomed back, and I am glad you share the same views on the OOS.

Okay. You guys do what you want at the pace you want - but I have to agree that the council does not seem to have a leader that "moves us forward".

Why can't we have a time limit for voting so that those who don't vote won't get in the way of everyone else that does?

Make it 7 days, 14 days, one month - who cares? Just have a time limit for voting.

I would make a specific proposal, but I don't want to wait a year for the results

There's already a proposal for that, but it still hasn't ended... The irony.

Hey Thanks! Did not see that - It was before VWC joined. I also note that there is still a pending proposal on whether or not clans can vote on issues from before they joined - So VWC can vote on this:

VWC votes YES on Issue #5 imposing a 10 day time period for voting - And I also will note that it now has a majority - So Sabre please post and close this issue - There is now a 10 day limit on voting!

So - Do your duty on any issue that is over 10 days old!

Issue #8 - VWC votes YES

Issue #10 - VWC votes YES

Two Days Left to Resolve Your Inactive Council

OOS is Five Times More Active Than The Council

KM May Still Change Their Vote to Yes

MS Appears Locked in Their Judgment

WP Must Be Aware of The Incongruity and May Convert Their Verdict to Yes

4R Remains to Vote

Is This Council Qualified to Honor Itself

I regretfully must tender my resignation.

I feel that I haven't the proper time to spend keeping this updated to the extent I'd like. I feel that I have improved the system, and if not, at least carried it this far. The Council is run by the clans, so it isn't completely within my rights to do so, but I'd like to transfer all power back to Beatlesfan. If none of you disagree, the responsibility of maintaining the Council now rests on Beatlesfan's shoulders. He may keep the layout if he wishes, or he may re-design it.

Those of you wondering more as to the specifics of why I am resigning:

Basically, I am going to devote my time on VW strictly to running the VT and modding.

I will accept the responsibility for maintaining this thread if the Council members agree (or at least have no objection).

I will not have any authority, just the responsibility to update the thread per your wishes. I do like updating the opening page of threads, maintaining lists, etc. as you can probably tell. Now with the 10 day limit for voting, things should move along just fine. I hope that you are convinced that I will regularly update the thread/decisions/voting per your desires even when I disagree. You can count on me to abide by the majority decision.

I will wait one week before making a new thread in case the Council disagrees.
