There is now no way you can have a negative amount of points.
The new system works like this:
1st gets 1 point less than the number of people in the match.
2nd gets 2 points less than the number of people in the match.
3rd gets 3 points less than the number of people in the match.
4th gets 4 points less than the number of people in the match.
5th gets 5 points less than the number of people in the match.
6th gets 6 points less than the number of people in the match.
7th gets 7 points less than the number of people in the match.
8th gets 8 points less than the number of people in the match.
The designated hosts may host battles with any number of people in them, though I prefer 4 player minimum matches to be made.
This system makes it so that the winner is rewarded based off of the number of people in the match, so it is much more rewarding to place high in an 8 player match than in a three player match. Last place in any match earns 0 points, this prevents them from being in the negative.
One may argue that the more and more matches we make the higher the number gets and it may just seem useless, this is why their will be another number which you may measure your skill by: The Power Rating.
Basically the Power Rating is the percentage of points you hold, the higher you get this number the more ranks/titles that will be bestowed upon you. I may talk with Autumn about giving the highest skill level Wolves some type of reward.. don't count on it as I don't even know what that would be.
