I change my vote to no for the Mantids to have a place on the council (for now), yes for them to be recognized as an active clan (if that's a vote), and would like to propose that the Order of Secrets not be allowed a place on the council as their members are all unknown, debatably active, and could very well be members of another clan, as they once at least were, and so would carry an unfair advantage in the council. I do not wish to make this a personal dispute with the OOS, as I don't believe there is any need for a fight to take place, I am simply voicing my concerns on the matter.

I simply cannot host a vote that would cause the Council Members to refuse to allow someone into their clan.

We have no sure-fire way to ensure that we are correct about these new arrivals on the forums.

I am SURE of several, but there is the possibility that someone will show up that is now one of the "big three" and will be assumed as such.
Clans can accept whomever they please and the Council cannot say otherwise.
You are more than welcome to make your vote on the acceptance of a clan based off of their members but I cannot with a good conscious initiate this proposal.

I'm sorry if this refusal changes your opinion of me, Autumn, but I made an oath to myself to be truly unbiased in every matter, and that is what I must do.

I was just curious, that's all, trying to get a understanding of the council and rules.
