You are right, Clan Features were almost added, we witnessed that in the Beta Time.... the creator changed his mind.

There is one thing you forgot ,The Renegade's were clan champions when all the big clans were active, which means they are still champs from the last league.

before that the Ghost Bear Legion and the Rebbels was in the lead by taking out 12 people of leader boards and sabotaging communications relay, lets just say in the lost era, rather I or a Legionnaire/Rebbel made the clan play..."Chiness whispers"

The GBL was the reason some gotten destroyed and hunted down, we're also pretty good spies, PS. If I was some of you guys who own a active clan, I think you need to make your joining requirements a bit more strict
