I'm sorry Mattie but your clan must be active for one week before it can even be recognized as an Active Clan and then you may re-apply for council status.

I would like to address that the ten day voting period was passed, and it has been far more than ten days since it was passed, and the same three issues are still at large.

They aren't, their leaders left and no one else has shown up. They have been taken off.

Because the ten-day voting period issue was settled after these three issues were up for voting.
