Regarding voting on issues raised before you joined - The vote is YES if you only mean for issues still opened. I voted NO because if an issue is closed/resolved then it is done. A new member clan (or someone else) should raise a new issue if they wish to reopen a resolved topic.

Issue #10 is referring to issues still in the voting process. Like you said, once a topic is closed, no more votes can be made on it. A new issue would need to be raised. I updated your vote as a NO, because it's what you originally voted but if you want to change it, you know what to do.

WC votes YES. The Vor-Tourney is a great event for all players, and has had success in the past. I would love to see it start back up again, and with the help of the council (aka the clans), I am sure that it will be an even greater success.

Wolf signing in as Sabre. The old password was apparently too much for even Fang, so we cut out the Egyptian hieroglyphs and the thermal sensors.

(And WP votes yes to Fang's Tourney since I doubt Fang will be against it)
