I would like the council to decide on taking Vortex Guardians off the list. We are disbanded. So we should have no voting rights. thanks

I don't think there should even need to be a vote for removal if a clan declares itself disbanded, but if it is required then WC votes in favor of removal.

The Ranger's vote no at present but will gladly vote yes for Mattie when he gets his clan and himself from bored to active.
