I don't see any reason at all why they should have a special right to vote simply because they are a moderator. This is the clan council, really, and the council deals with clan decisions.

Aboad, you cannot apply for Council status until you have had at least 4 members sign up on your clan page. Simply put, we need tangible proof that they are in and want to be in your clan.
