It said I didn't need it. I usually play aggressively.
I always read read as read first before I read read as read instead.

by another faction member do u mean from ur own faction or some other faction not ur own?

I don't know exactly what you are saying but, I think I might have a clue.
People get elected into a faction by me. They post the 4 things required as said in the "How To Join" part of the topic. I pull out my handy-dandy chart and evaluate them by there. Hope this clears things up.

sry but it doesnt.......what i mean is when u say "win against other faction member" do u mean member from a different faction or member from ur own faction?
