Some of your decisions are scaring me. Most are fine, but some are just terrifying.

I read through the pages and have a question and comment.

Fang, you really had me confused until I re-read "Atumwolf17".

As for my question: What happens if the OOS loses their position? Do all issues that they voted on between the issue to remove them and the moment they got removed lose a yes vote? Because unknown said "yes to everything" a while back, and there are issues that have not been passed yet from that vote (most notably the vote on the Mantids, which would be settled without them).

Votes they made in the past will stay, because in the past they were still members.

Assuming they get kicked off.

i dont want to be a nuisance but if all issues stand as voted and be put in motion does that make the Killer Mantids an officially recognized clan? or will there be a tiebreak vote by the bench?

You need a majority of the clans on the council to vote in your favor. Seeing as you have no majority, you aren't officially recognized thus far. Until the time when some clans change their stance on yours becoming recognized, that's how it'll stay.

You're recognized by any clan that chooses to, which is most of us (I think Rangers are the only exception). That means you can play clan wars and stuff with them, and participate in pretty much any tournament or whatever as a clan. The vote is on whether you should be given a vote on the council.

If there's a tie, the Bench will vote to break the tie.

Speaking of which, WC changes its vote on the Killer Mantids to Yes so as to prevent a tie from occurring. We consider this preferable to the bench being able to decide the matter.
