Look at who has voted, scroll up to see the rest of the council. The clans and those representing them are listed. Then, maybe if you can use your visual cues and it's not too overwhelming for you, you can see the names of those who have not voted next to their clans. Use deductive reasoning. I'm fairly certain my cousin's four year old could do it.

We are in a clan war against a clan that voted not to recognize us. That doesn't even make sense, if your clan is in a war with another then that ought to count as you recognizing their existence.

In light of all of the developments with Aboad's Masses - I am changing the KOTR vote to "YES" to list them as an Active Clan.
