"Making right choices" is not a trait. It is having a lack of wrong decisions, which is good and bad. Without making mistakes, we do not learn to be better, but if we don't make mistakes, then we can't be any better, right? Wrong. If you live you while life making no decisions, you have made no mistakes, but you have not done anything for yourself. I am not saying this is what FM has done, actually he has made many decisions, and not all are right, but most are not bad.

I'd still want my leader to make right choices instead of wrong ones. He shouldn't need to make wrong decisions if he already knows better. By saying that Chris makes the right choices it could mean that he has learned from his mistakes and is capable of leading others to success. (Something a leader should be able to do)
