SO, this is clearly not working. I made a suggestion and then followed a path for it. Then others made a proposal at least in their own minds. I was clearly told that a definition would occur and that my suggestion was NOT needed. Then there was a vote and the time expired. Nothing has changed.

I am making the following OFFICIAL proposal for voting:

"Should X Riders (aka 10 Riders) be REMOVED from the Council?"

VWC Votes YES.

So, WHEN the time expires, count up all of the PROPER votes and update the first page accordingly.
