Right your clans set of rules, I will pick the 5 best, and then i will put up a poll and we will vote on it,
I will pick fair, and i won't be making my own. That way nobody complains, but he just picked his cause he made them.
If lopdo makes war rules, we are using them, because he made the game.

there is a way to make a poll i believe. plus for what? what are the options? i dont think we should force any set of rules. im personally using my rules. if a clan has a problem with my rules then they can make there own rules

No. We should only makes leagues if someone else has not already made one with rules we like. Otherwise this place will be spammed with leagues.
