Note: Lopdo, if you see this, could you add some sort of anchor tag to the forum so I can have a table of contents for this? Make sure to make it securely if you do, for example have a special string come before all the anchors and parse out any possible html injections.

My idea is that here we can list all current wars, alliances, and neutralities so that anyone can get a quick overview. It is listed by clan. If any information is missing, incorrect, or you want your clan's section removed, please tell me.
