Like Dolphin, I think. It doesn't work very well for me because 1) my phone is slow and 2) the screen is too small for my liking.

Same; if you're going to do that, you need a tablet, and a strong one.

I prefer to just use a laptop... speaking of that, I should be getting a new one soon.

Works just fine on my Motorola Droid Maxx. Can't wait to try on my Samsung Galaxy s7 that I'll going to be beta testing.

I have a LG MS-770 (I think it has a name, Like LG Optimus or something). Amazingly durable, it is, and efficient.

Dolphin doesn't have flash built in, it just enables flash on phones that have flash already on then but just disabled in other browsers. Also if you have the same phone and it ain't working fine for one of you, it most likely because one of you has lots of crap working in the background and using up the ram or have a different build of that phone and lower specs.
I used to plat vw on my phone a lot back in the day, i used puffin which is a cloud browser that projects flash from and external servers which doesn't take much specs to use. It just needs decent internet.
