As I said, I saw the game, he was playing fairly for the Wolves the whole time, so it at least started with teams set. There was an argument in the game and lobby afterwards, but I don't know what happened at the very beginning, I missed the start by like a minute.

Well ol' unwise me talking.
I see the point that someone who was about to fight with you, last minute changed his mind and switched sides at that last minute probably taking away the win for us.
Now, selfish of me, I agree that was wrong, if that happened to me I would be pretty outraged too.
But if it didn't happen to me, like for this instance it wouldn't seem like that much of a big deal.

I abstain from voting to kick or keep Infected.

I do not comepletely understand the circumstances, however, I do know that last minute changes happen, and we must deal with them as we see fit. I would suggest that we learn from this lesson, and have no one plan on fighting against a clan that they are in, whether it be a rule for this clan, or a rule that all clans follow. At the least, we can keep our members from fighting against their other clan so that this does not happen, much like how it was with the Knights. This is not a big deal. It is the first time that this has happened, and kicking a member from the clan, and threatening to leave the clan if he is not kicked, is not the way to go about this. Be grateful he announced it before you started, and also think about what you would do in the circumstances, especially you ballsack, being multi-clan yourself.

Also, as I am not fully aware of what happened, I will say that I would have postponed the match. If one clan cannot bring enough members to a planned battle, then it should not take place.

I am leaning toward voting to kick as well, but for a different reason.

If I was clear on this issue that Infected merely fought for WP instead of VWC, I would risk losing the two members. However, that is not what likely happened. I agree with the second part of FMs statement about "bad for business". If one clan member pisses off several clan members so badly that those members are considering quitting over it, then that is 'bad for business".

Infected, I am hoping to hear from you. What is your side of the story?

Okay, it was a VWC match there was 3 MS, 3 VWC and a PR so we agreed to it being a 3v3v1 then last minute Goldsniper joined and he wasn't officially a WP so Infected dropped us and went with Goldsniper, which i can see why he did it but having already agreed to fight for VWC is hard to take, it also gave MS a number advantage which i was not happy over, I feel he let down the me and Magma and of course us. And thats mainly what happened in the pre game lobby, I dont think the clan could benefit off a member like infected.

That is enough for me to decide.

I vote to remove Infected from the clan.

We now have 3 votes of the 6 Senators voting to kick Infected. Tie votes, per clan rules, go with the vote of the clan leader. Even if the other 3 Senators were to change their abstain or non-vote in favor of keeping him, the decision is made. There were no votes to keep him, and if the remaining 3 Senators wish to vote for the record they still may until the 7 days is up.

Infected is removed from VWC.
