You just proved our point. You recruit without a care in the world, and none of them show up because you just pestered them until they sort of gave in.
The one's who do show up and continue to are, with one exception, maybe two, pretty much exactly what the stereotype of your clan has come to be. Which isn't necessarily a grave problem, but it is what Royal is trying to get at. Do you understand now?
