I have received a question on the requirement to post in order to prove that a player is still active.

When I formed this clan part of my concern in other clans is that they list players that have long since left. I thought that if it had been more than 2 months since the player had even posted anything on the clan page - they were pretty much not active with that clan. So I decided to set up a system where inactive players would be removed from the clan and we would prove to others that all of our members are truly active. I set up the "monthly player verification" where if you were gone from the page for 2 straight months you were automatically removed from the clan.

With the recent inquiry - I am willing to change the rule and make it: 3 months inactive and you are gone instead of 2.

Senators - Please vote on the following rule changes:



• 6A All Members (Senate, Champion, Knight, Recruit) must post something to this clan page thread at least once per month.

(CHANGES TO - "at least once every three months")

• 6B All Members must log into the game and play at least one game every 60 days.

(CHANGES TO - This rule is eliminated)

• 6C During the first weekend of each month a verification will be made as to whether or not each player is active. ANY active clan member during the monthly check that did not have activity as shown in rule 6A AND 6B will be moved to the Inactive Players section of the clan. This player is subject to removal if they remain inactive as shown in Rule 6D.

YES = Accept all of the rule changes which would result in players being moved to inactive after 2 months and removed at 3 months
NO = Keep things as they are now = Moved to inactive after 1 month and removed at 2 months

I believe we should just extend the forum activity to 3 months.
But keeping the rule of playing in-game, of course with some exceptions (i.e PMing BF that you will be gone for a long time due to computer problems)
