he was on last week which is when i got the pic but hes not a big forum guy

I have about six players that agreed in game to join VWC but never posted on the VWC page. They are not in VWC. I think most of KM are not in KM but you are entitled to your own standards.
I refuse to list a player in my clan that will not make a single post on the clan page.
While I wish it were not the case - clans do not really exist in the game, they do exist on the forum (as something structured by the admin). So I insist that a player is on the forum page to count in my clan.
