I'd like to run as well.
I would like to just give myself a second chance to prove i CAN be a good leader, I feel I have learned from my mistakes I made in the Angels.
Two of my priority would be to Get Clan wars running smoothly but in order to do that we must recruit yet again, but instead of excessively recruiting I would encourage everyone to recruit not to be a top recruiter but to unite Warriors Creed to it's former glory.

I am doubtful about how long we will get to stay in power. Half a year is a long time. I'd only suggest it if there polls to see if a new leader is wanted. These polls would have to become frequent around the 3 month mark. Maybe once a month. And I say no longer than half a year before another mandatory election must take place.
We do need to work this out. Might as well start planning now.
And Cirno, there are usually no limits as to who can be elected leader as long as they are in WC. (On rare occasion is a non-Warrior put on the ballot.)
I'm thinking that the best idea is that if the leader doesn't want a second term, then an election is held for the next three months; if they do, then they stay leader for the next six months unless a member challenges them and someone high creed or above seconds it, in which case an election will take place for the second term (each term is three months). In order for a leader to be immediately replaced with an emergency election, a vote of the council must decide to do so. All in all, I think a 2 terms at a time limit is the best.
