And there is also a limit of 12 members. There are no empty seats at the moment.
If there were an empty seat:
- A current member has to nominate
- Then: A majority of the current active members has to vote YES
- Then: The candidate receives an invitation that they can accept or decline
- If they accept - they are the new Knight

Regarding the results: They are sent by PM to current active clan members only. No one else gets to know how individual clan members voted. The vote could have been 11-0, or 6-5 - you will never know. All you need is a majority. Each member knows how they and everyone else in the clan voted.

I think this challenge with both our clans was epic. I would like it if possible that next time, we added heroic descriptions of every matches which were all very colorful.
