Yes, score everyone else. Then your score will be averaged, and that we be added towards your score since you cannot vote for yourself. For example, my score is 15 between two people. (an 8 and a 7) The average is approx. 7. So that average is added, making my score 22.

however, scores may be counted as fractions- that stops people from having more influence just by awarding more points in general
