No, they're in both, and for most of us we're more loyal to our base clan.

I should add that for this clan - we do want players that are active both in the game and on the forum. I would ask each clan member to stay active on the forums. By definition of the rules of this clan - active on forum means "activity" in the last 30 days - so do something active on the forum at least once every 30 days at the minimum.
